Ingredients: Fish (korameenu) – 1 kg Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Red chilli powder – 2.5 tsp Rock salt – 2.5 tsp Ginger garlic paste – 2.5 tsp Ground nut oil – 7 tbsp Onions –4 (make them paste) Coriander leaves – 1 handful Tamarind – 1 lemon size (soak tamarind in 250 ml water for 30 mins, squeeze the juice) Water – 250 ml (to add in curry) 2. Ingredients for coriander masala mix: Coriander seeds – 2 tsp Cumin – 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds – ½ tsp 3. Preparation of coriander mix powder: 1) In a pan dry roast coriander, cumin and fenugreek seeds on low flame for 3 mins 2) Allow it to cool and make it into fine powder. 4.
