#vitaceaekitchen Tandoori Chicken Without Oven https://youtu.be/PjEKDzFui20 Please like, share and subscribe Ingredients: Chicken whole legs – 2(500 gms) Table salt – 1 tsp (for chicken brining) + 1.5 tsp for marination Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Red chilli powder – 1.5 tsp Tandoori masala powder – 1 tsp Coriander powder – 1 tsp Cumin powder – ½ tsp Garam masala powder – 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp Kasuri methi – ½ tsp Lemon juice – 3 tsp Thick curd – 2 tsp Oil – 3 tbsp Preparations: Chicken Brining: 1) Take chicken in a vessel, add 1 tsp salt, 500 ml water 2) Keep it aside for 1 hour.
