CHICKEN FRY IN COCONUT MILK

Ingredients:Chicken curry cut with bones – 500 gms
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Table salt – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – ¾ tsp (while marination) + ¾ tsp (while cooking)
Cumin powder – ½ tsp (while marination) + ½ tsp (while cooking)
Ginger garlic paste – 1.5 tsp
Coconut milk – 200 ml
Coriander leaves – handful
Mint leaves – handful
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Preparations:
Chicken marination:
1) Take chicken in a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, table salt, ¾ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder.
2) Mix them well
3) Keep it aside for 90 mins.
Procedure:
1) Take coconut milk in a pan, add marinated chicken
2) Cover and cook on medium flame for 5 mins
3) Add coriander leaves, mint leaves
4) Mix them, cover and cook on medium flame for 20 mins
5) Add ¾ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder
6) Mix them, cover and cook on low flame for 2 mins
7) Add chopped coriander leaves, mix and serve it with rice or chapathi
