Ingredients:

Brinjal – 500 gms Onion – 1 Tomato – 2 Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp Curry leaves – 1 sprig Coriander leaves – 1 bunch Groundnut oil – 3 tbsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Red chilli powder – 2 tsp Rock salt – 2 tsp Coriander powder – 1 tsp Curd – 300 ml Water – 400 ml Procedure:

1) In a pan, add brinjal, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, coriander leaves, groundnut oil, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, rock salt, curd, 400 ml water 2) Mix them well, switch on the flame, cover and cook on high flame till it roll boils 3) Lower the flame, cover and cook on low flame for 60 mins 4) Add coriander powder, mix well 5) Cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins 6) Gravy brinjal curd curry can be served with rice or chapati Note: If you don’t have a measuring cup, regular teacup will be approximately 100 ml (100 gms) Music: https://www.bensound.com/royalty-free-music #vitaceaekitchen #brinjalcurdgravycurry #howtomakebrinjalcurdgravy curry
