Ingredients:



Broad Beans – 250 gms
Groundnut oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Onion – 1
Coriander leaves – ½ bunch
Fenugreek leaves – ½ bunch
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – ¾ tsp
Table salt – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Coconut powder – 2 tsp












Procedure:


1) Heat oil in a pan, ad cumin seeds, let them splutter
2) Add onion, coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves
3) Fry till onions turn light brown color
4) Add ginger garlic paste, fry on low flame for 2 mins
5) Add broad beans, turmeric powder
6) Cover and cook on low flame for 20 mins (mix in between)
7) Add red chilli powder, table salt
8) Cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins
9) Add coriander powder, coconut powder, mix well
10) Cook on low flame for 3 mins
11) Add chopped coriander leaves, mix and switch off the flame
