Crispy Fish Fry Recipe | Korameenu Crispy Fish Fry | Crispy Murrel Fish Fry | Fish Fry Recipe
Korameenu fish – 500 gms
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Table salt – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Gram flour – 1.5 tsp
Rice flour – 1.5 tsp
Corn flour – 3 tsp
Groundnut oil – 2 tsp for marination + 4 tbsp for frying
Preparations:
1) Take fish pieces in a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, table salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder. Mix well
2) Add gram flour, corn flour, rice flour, mix gently
3) Add 2 tsp oil, 2-3 tsp water, mix them
4) Set aside for 1 hour
Procedure:
1) Heat oil in a pan, add marinated fish pieces
2) Cover and cook on low flame for 20 mins (flip them after every 5 mins)
3) Crispy fish fry can be served hot
Note: If you don’t have a measuring cup, regular teacup will be approximately 100 ml (100 gms)
