Ingredients:
Mutton (Goat) – 500 gms
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – 2.5 tsp
Table salt – 2.5 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2.5 tsp
Curd – 3 tbsp
Groundnut oil – 4 tbsp
Onions – 2
Coriander leaves – half bunch
Fenugreek leaves – half bunch
Mint leaves – half bunch
Tomato – 4
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Preparations:
1) Marinate mutton with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, table salt, ginger garlic paste and curd
2) Keep it in refrigerator for overnight
Procedure:
1) Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onions, coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves and mint leaves
2) Fry till onions turn light brown color
3) Add marinated mutton, mix well
4) Cover and cook on medium flame for 15 mins
5) Add 150 ml water
6) Pressure cook on medium flame for 5-6 whistles
7) Allow it to cool, release the pressure
8) Add coriander powder, garam masala powder
9) Cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins
10) Serve it with rice or chapati
Note: If you don’t have a measuring cup, regular teacup will be approximately 100 ml (100 gms)
