Ingredients:
Peanuts/ Groundnuts --- 125 gms
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Red chilli – 1
Garlic pods – 6
Rock salt – ¾ tsp
Procedure:
1) Dry roast peanuts in a pan, on low lame for 10 mins
2) Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli
3) Fry on low flame for 3 mins
4) Allow it to cool completely
5) Take them in a blender, blend it to fine powder
6) Add 120-150 ml water (water quantity can be increased or decreased according to the chutney consistency needed), blend it again
Note: If you don’t have a measuring cup, regular teacup will be approximately 100 ml (100 gms)
