Ingredients:
Groundnut oil Onion – 1 Procedure:
1) Wash the tawa with mild soap and scrub 2) Put it on medium flame, so that it becomes completely dry 3) Now allow it to cool completely 4) Add generous amount of oil and spread it all over the tawa, edges, sides and back of the tawa also with a tissue paper 5) Leave it for 24 hours 6) Now put the tawa on low flame, add oil, onions 7) Keep on spreading the oil and onions all over the pan 8) Do this procedure till onions turn brown color 9) Discard the onions 10) Wipe off excess oil on the tawa with a cotton cloth 11) Put the flame to lowest, add some water on the tawa (be careful, it will sizzle) 12) Spread water along the tawa to reduce the temperature of tawa 13) Add ½ tsp oil on the tawa, spread the oil all over the tawa with half cut onion/ head of brinjal/bottle gourd 14) Add some dosa batter, spread it on the tawa 15) Pour some oil along the edges and top of dosa 16) Flip it to the other side 17) It will come out easily, this indicates that pan is seasoned properly Music: https://www.bensound.com/royalty-free-music
